Applications:
Child & Adolescent Behavior Change
We work with parents to identify the dysfunction, track the behavior, root out the causes, and quickly set a plan. Once we have a plan in place, incentives to get parents to follow through are identified and put in place.
Parent Coaching
The South Shore Method can provide parents tools that help them cope with stresses both related to child/adolescent dysfunction, and adult concerns that affect children. Anxiety management, organization, and positive reinforcement lay at the center of our method.
The South Shore Method successfully rehabilitates students whose behavior has become dysfunctional enough that it is not safe for them or other students to be in the classroom. We offer these services to schools as well as parents. As is the case with most successful interventions, the SSM works with caretakers and the school to find the most safe, ethical, timely, and effective way to get children back in school.

We offer parents the opportunity to turn the microscope on their child’s day to day education. South Shore Method will sit down with parents and students to find the source of the problem. Often times, it is the fault of the instruction in some manner. Unfortunately our schools are failing and often times your child is the one who is paying the price for a broken system. Fortunately there are legal protections for our children’s education guaranteed to us by the Federal Government that South Shore Method can help you identify.
Co-Parenting Programs
Co-Parenting is an historically difficult endeavor. Navigating the legal, relational, and financial hurdles of a new reality can be difficult for parents. South Shore Method works as mediators, behavior plan creators (for both parents and children), and coaches to create the best possible outcome for the children involved.
